Why aren't items being added to my shopping cart?

The "Paperzone" shop uses cookies to identify your shopping sessions. If items are not being added it is likely that your system is not allowing cookies to be used. Click here to find out how to adjust your browser to the correct setting.

Why does the shop use cookies?

A cookie is a unique identifier for your computer and web browser. When you add an item to your shopping cart the website tags that item as belonging to your cart. So even if you close your browser, the next time you visit your items will still be in the cart ready to purchase (or add to, modify, remove).

Are your prices all inclusive?

The prices of all our products are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. The only addition to the price you see is the cost of delivery.

What does gsm mean?

Paper weight is measured in grams per square metre (gsm). A standard piece of copy paper is usually 80 gsm. A card that is 240 gsm will be 3 times that weight.

What is translucent paper?

Translucent is a term given to something that allows light to shine through as opposed to transparent which is something you can see through. Translucent paper is usually patterned and frosted and comes in many shades of colours. It is also called "vellum".

Will the paper go through my printer?

Most papers will happily travel through an inkjet printer though rough surfaces may give varying results, some papers will bleed and some inks may not adhere well on shiny or synthetic surfaces. It is always advisable to try a few sheets first to determine results. Laser printers demand special papers that can withstand the high temperatures when fusing toner to them. Most smooth papers are will go through a laser printer as will our whole range of translucent papers. However, printers do vary a lot and again we recomend testing a few sheets before comitting to a big order. Please feel free to ask about any product if you are unsure.

Can I order single sheets of paper to try?

Yes you can.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do! We can help you organise your invitations wherever you are.

How much will delivery cost?

How long will my order take to get to me?

While many items can be dispatched overnight on the day of order please allow five working days for delivery within New Zealand and longer for overseas delivery.

What if I need to return my purchase?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with products received, please return the goods within 7 days of receipt (unused and in the condition you received them, please!) and we will either exchange or refund you in full.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit from you to us.
